The Primavera Online High School Graduation Ceremony for the class of 2015 is fast approaching and we want to make sure you have all the details to plan accordingly.
Our students will walk proudly across theย Phoenix Symphony Hall stage on Wednesday, June 17 to receive their diploma and become Primavera graduates.
We are extremely proud of all our graduates for their hard work, dedication and perseverance during their time with us, and are delighted that weโve been able to provide them with a rigorous and personalized approach to their education. Congratulations, graduates!

What to Expect
Graduates,ย don’t forget to RSVP!ย If you have not sent your RSVP, be sure to call us at 480.456.6678 and ask for Tami Powell.
Graduation Schedule
- 1:30 p.m. – Check in starts at Symphony Hall. Parents are asked to drop their students off and return when doors open at 5 p.m.ย
- 3:00 p.m. – Last students checked in. Please make sure you have arrived by this time in order to participate in our graduation rehearsal.
- 3:30 p.m. – Ceremony rehearsal begins
- 4:45 p.m. – Ceremony rehearsal ends
- 5:00 p.m. – Symphony Hallย opens for seating
- 6:00 p.m. – Ceremony begins (typically runs 1.5-2 hours)

To order your cap, gown, and tassel, pleaseย call Kassena Rea at (480) 456-6678, press 9 to enter an extension followed by extension 3074.
Additional graduation products can be purchased through the main Jostens website as well.
It’s important to note that all Primavera Online High School graduation caps and gowns are green, even if photos show a different color.

Where should we order our cap & gown? Also, do we need to buy tickets for our family members?
Hello Jazlyn, thank you for the question! You are able to order your cap and gown through Jostens online by clicking HERE. Each student will be allotted 4 tickets for their family members for our Graduation Ceremony. If you have more questions about the Graduation Ceremony please reach out to your guidance counselor! If we need to order more tickets, how much more are we able to request for?

So do children under 8 need to have a pass too go in?
Hi Maria! Yes, children will also need a ticket in order to guarantee a seat for them. If you are needing more than the allotted four tickets per graduate, you will be able to contact your graduate’s guidance counselor. More information on how to get extra tickets will be coming soon! Hi! I don’t know if this was answered yet, but when can we request tickets? I understand we each get four to start with and we can request more with our guidance counselor. Is there are limit to how early? I also have friends who would like to be there for my graduation. How many total are we allowed to request? Or is it only family that can get tickets? Sorry, I have lots of questions. LOL! If it is any problem at all, I have an idea for something different… Not for the School, but for my friends. (If that made any sense… Sorry, this is my first graduation. ๐ LOL)
For the cap and gown order, is the design already made and we just need to fill out our measurements or is the design going to be different? Also, the tassel comes in different designs and colors but don’t we need a specific one to match our cap and gown?

Hi Raquel, thank you for your question! As far as the cap and gown order, you can go ahead and fill out your measurements and information on the Jostens page. All tassels and gowns should be green, so make sure to select that if youโre given the option. As far as the design for the charm (2015 or โ15) you can pick whichever you like best. I have the Tassels but in a different color because that’s when i was going to a public school, so do i need to change it or get another one?
Hi Andy, unfortunately you will need a tassel in green (since that is our school color) and you can purchase just that through the website. I know that we have to wait until the initial 4 tickets come in, but… can you maybe give a time frame of when the tickets might arrive between? I’m just so excited for graduation and i’m very very anxious about getting the tickets.

Hello! I purchased a cap and gown and in the picture it shows a tassel. Do I need to go back and purchase a tassel as well or does the cap and gown already come with it?

Hello, let’s say that we won’t be able to attend the ceremony, do our diplomas get mailed to us or do we need to pick it up?
I got everything from Josten except my cap and gown. The paper said it was shipped separately for care packaging. When am I going to get my cap n gown?

If they said it would get shipped separately, I’m sure they have planned for shipping times in order to make sure you receive it before graduation. Please let us know if you need anything else.
So for tickets, does that mean that my 4 year old nephew and 2 and one year old nieces count as a ticket?

I was looking on the Jostens website and I typed in Primavera Online High School as the school name. I clicked on cap and gowns and it gives me packages but no cap and gown included. Also, I found a package but it has everything that I possibly do not need but it is the only one with a cap and gown that allows me to fill in my height and stuff. Why is that? Am I looking in the wrong place or no?

If you visit the Primavera ordering site (through Jostens) there should be steps to follow that should get you the correct cap and gown package.There are a lot of options but you may choose the one that fits your needs best. I ordered my cap and gown by directly speaking to someone at jostens about 4 weeks ago because the website was not working correctly. Does it normally take this long to receive a cap and gown? should I contact Jostens about it?

I had ordered my cap and gown and received it just a few days ago. Well unfortunately they sent me the wrong size. I called Jostens and they could not find my order under their files. They believe its because I ordered it through primavera so they asked me to contact my school first and see if you guys have any gowns so that I can trade mine for a smaller size. I have no idea who to contact for that or if you guys have any gowns in general, but any answers would be highly appreciated.
