[GRAD PHOTOSHOOT PIC]

This blog includes the resources for post secondary options from the graduation packet sent to students who have RSVP’d to the graduation ceremony. Have you sent in your RSVP? Please check with your student adviser to see if you are eligible for the spring graduation at 6pm on June 7th, 2012 at Grand Canyon University.

FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID (FAFSA)

What is it?
This free application is used by colleges to determine your eligibility for financial aid from the federal government, including grants, unsubsidized/subsidized student loans, and work-study programs. The FAFSA is your first and most important step to getting the money you need to help you pay for college.

Who’s it for?
Anyone! You don’t need to be accepted at a school before you can submit your FAFSA. You only need to list the schools to which you have applied.

Where can I find my FAFSA?
Online applications are available at fafsa.ed.gov.

When should I apply?
ASAP. The sooner you submit your application, the more likely you are to receive financial aid. If you are planning to attend college during the 2012-2013 school year, the federal deadline for online applications is June 30, 2013.
