The Primavera Puzzlers student club invites you  to the 11th Annual Zoowalk for Autism Research. Join us on Saturday, October 3 from 6:30 – 11 a.m. as we stroll around the Phoenix Zoo for a great cause!

Look for our club advisors, teachers and your fellow Panthers around the Registration booth in Phoenix Municipal Parking Lot just a half mile away from the zoo. Once you are registered and ready to go, you can then proceed along a paved path to the Zoo, which is filled with lions, tigers giraffes, elephants, monkeys and more! There will be some shade and places to stop and view the animals, as well as a free Resource Fair inside the Lakeside Pavilion for you to visit with the exhibitors and sponsors.

Zoowalk Schedule

  • 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. – Registration at Phoenix Municipal Stadium Parking Lot.

    • 5999 E Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Look for teachers in Primavera shirts to join our group.

  • 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. – Walk Starts
  • 9 a.m.  – Walk Ends
  • 11 a.m. – Resource Fair Ends

At the end of the Zoowalk, walkers can return to the Phoenix Municipal Parking Lot by walking or by bus ride (available until 1 p.m.), or you can stay and spend time with your fellow Panthers at the zoo! Participants will be allowed to stay at the zoo for the rest of the day, so you can enjoy hanging out with classmates and friends.

Whether you want to join in the walk or cheer on the participants, this will be a great opportunity to meet classmates and view all kinds of furry friends at the Phoenix Zoo.

Pricing and Parking

  • Parking available will be at Phoenix Municipal Stadium Parking Lot, located on the Southwest corner of Van Buren and Priest.
  • Adult registration fee of $25 includes a T-shirt and all day admittance to the zoo.
  • Teen registration fee of $15 includes all day admittance to the zoo (no T-shirt)
  • Children under 12 and people on the autism spectrum can join for free!
