Do our guests that we choose to bring need to purchase tickets as well or are theirs included with our purchase?
Hi there Maria, when it comes to Prom tickets, each student can purchase tickets for their guests or the guests can purchase them for themselves, but each person will have to fill out a permission slip for the event. We will have more information on how to do that next month as we get closer to the event so stay tuned to our blog. Thank you! ๐
How much do the tickets to the prom cost?
Hi Cody, Thanks for your question. Prom ticket prices will be released around February 9th. Please check back here for that information ๐ Have a great day!
Are all students allowed to go or is there a grade level restriction
Hi Jessie, to attend Prom all students must be at least in 9th grade. Thanks for your question ๐
I have 2 questions. Are our guests allowed to be 8th graders. And I’m having trouble finding out the prices for the tickets and everything.
Hi Emma, thank you for your question. All guests must be in high school: grades 9-12. As far as ticket prices, we will be posting that information really soon. Just stay tuned to our blog ๐ Have a great weekend!
Can we print and fax the permission slip to you or do we have to mail it? Also, can we just mail you the money for the tickets if we don’t have a credit card?
Hi Joanna, You can absolutely fax the permission slip. The Primavera fax number is: 480.355.2100. Thanks!
Is this prom a formal event, or do we wear a costume? Also, do we have to print and fill out a permission slip? Or can it be hand written?
Hi Nova! Thanks for your questions. You must print out the permission slip we provided in the blog post, have your parent or guardian sign it and either scan and email back, or mail to the address indicated above. You can also fax it to 480.355.2100. We will not accept hand-written slips. Prom is a formal event but we encourage all of the students attending to incorporate the Mad Hatter Tea Party theme and colors into your attire if you’d like. Remember, we will be having a best dressed award and everyone can enter! ๐
Can we bring a date that doesn’t go to the school? How does that work out?
Hi Alexxis, Yes, you are allowed to bring a friend who doesn’t attend the school, however, even for those guests we need a permission slip filled out. As a Primavera student, you would be the one purchasing the tickets and then you can print out your two permission slips and have your friend sign theirs and you can either mail both of your permission slips or simply scan them and email them back. You can also fax them. All the information is in the post ๐ Hope this helps. Have a great day!
Are we aloud to bring the same sex as our prom date?
Hi Cheyenne, As a Primavera student, you’re able to bring up to three guests with you as long as they’re under the age of 21. Remember, you and your guests each need to have a permission slip filled out and turned in before Prom. Thanks!
I was wondering if our guest is 18 do they have to sign a permission slip? thanks ๐
Hi Brooke, yes- everyone in attendance has to provide a signed permission slip. Thank you for your question.
Hi again! I haven’t been able to see how to get the permission slip(s) and the prices for the tickets for each person. Could you please help?
Thanks ๐
Hi Emma, no problem. Here’s the link to get your permission slips: //www.primavera-online-high-school.com/wp-content/uploads/Prom-Permission-Slip-2015.pdf tickets are $30 per person and you can buy them here. Thanks again!
Will there be a D.J. at the prom, and if so are there any restrictions for the music, like for example if lets say someone suggested Falling in Reverse, would that be allowed to play? Thank you for responding to this in advance.
Hi Cody, There will absolutely be a DJ at Prom! You’re welcome to request songs to be played by him, however, we can’t guarantee the DJ will have the song you request as well as if there is any inappropriate content, he has the right to not play it. Thanks for the question! ๐
Cody, that would be awesome if they could play falling in reverse. I love that band! They might not be able to though:(
I have another question. Is everyone going to be wearing costumes? or do I need to wear a fancy prom dress. I want to wear a costume but I don’t want to be embarrassed when I show up in a costume and every other girl is wearing a formal dress
Hi Emma, Prom is a formal event but we encourage all of the students attending to incorporate the Mad Hatter Tea Party theme and colors into your attire if youโd like. Remember, we will be having a best dressed award and everyone can enter! ๐
Emma that’s a good question. I’m also going decked out as the Mad Hatter, but at least there would be others dressed out as well.
Sorry for having a few questions so far, but in the food menu will there be any type of chips(or anything salty), and would we be able to bring along a drink with us like Monster?
Hi Cody, the menu we have available is what is listed on the blog post (above). No outside food or drinks is permitted into Prom. Thank you for the questions.
I wish we could bring Monster:(
hi my name is makayla smith i am a student here at primavera and i would like to know if you guys provide transportation and if you guys have free dresses someone get back to when they can please and thank you.
Hi Makayla, Unfortunately we do not provide transportation or free prom attire. Best of luck and thanks for your comment.
Primavera facebook page shows info about the store that is giving away free dresses for Primavera students.
I was wondering are they searching us? Example purses, pockets and such ?
hi is there any restrictions on the dresses?get back to me as soon as you can
Hi Makayla, Prom is a formal event but we encourage all of the students attending to incorporate the Mad Hatter Tea Party theme and colors into your attire if youโd like. Dress appropriately. Thank you for your comment. ๐
Hello i was wondering if my date and i would still be able to get into prom even though i dont have a school id for primavera
Hi Erica, as long as you’ve submitted your permission slips and we have those on file, you two should be good to go. Thanks for your comment.
hey i was just wondering if i would be able to wear my light up mask that i have
Hi Ryland, as you know, Prom is a formal event but we encourage all of the students attending to incorporate the Mad Hatter Tea Party theme and colors into your attire if youโd like. If you feel as though the mask goes with the theme of Prom, feel free to bring it. Thanks for your comment ๐
do we need an proof of id like we did at the spring training games or is the permission slip and ticket enough
Hi Trevor, your permission slip and ticket are enough. Thanks for the comment!
In the list of requirements it said a student can bring up to three guests as long they are under the age of 21. I’m 21 but my fiance is older than 21 and our daughter is 4 months old, would I be able to bring them both?
Hi Angelica, unfortunately students and guests eligible to attend prom must be at least in the ninth grade and under 21, but we have several other activities for you to attend, including our All School Events and a Young Parent Support Group that has activities for you and your daughter to join. We hope you have a great day.
When we purchase tickets do we have to put the names of our guests or just sending in the permissions slips enough? I am not sure who I bringing yet but want to get the tickets paid for. Then I will send in the persmission slips when I know who for sure is going with me.
Hi, Brooke! As long as you can provide signed permission slips with the guest’s full names by Friday, May 1, you can go ahead and purchase tickets. Thank you for your question, and we will see you there! ๐
Can you please post your full email address for Raquel Davis so we can email the permission slips , Thank you
Also are the tickets being mailed or are they will call or do we print the purchased email ? please let us know Thank you
Hi, Jenna! Raquel’s email is [email protected]. There will actually be no physical tickets. Once you’ve bought your ticket online, all you will need to bring to Prom is your ID, so we can confirm and check you in at the door. Thank you for your question, and we will see you at Prom! ๐
Hello,
I submitted my guests permission slip, but do I need to fill one out for myself to?
Hi, Jacey! Yes, all attendees, students and guests, must submit a permission slip by April 29. Thank you for your question!
Hello, I was wondering about how many people attend the prom? because it is an online high school, im afraid not many people would show up.
Hey, Stephanie, great question! No need to worry! We are expecting a turnout of 150-200 people. See you there ๐
Hello I was wondering how I fill out the permission slip form out online because unfortunately my printer is not wanting to work at the moment anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks again for taking the time to read my concern. ๐
Hi! I was just wondering about a couple of things. First of all, will there be adult chaperones at the prom? Secondly, if there are no chaperones available, can a parent sign up to chaperone the dance?
Hi, Shelby! There will be teachers and staff members chaperoning throughout the night. Thank you for your question ๐
Hello!! I was wondering how I fill out the permission slip form out online if i am unable to print it and fax it?
Hi, Nessa. You should have received an email with a solution to your particular situation. Thank you for your question, and we will see you at Prom! ๐
Where do we get our tickets? I bought mine online, and I have the receipt for them! and is it okay if I send the permission slips on Thursday since I assume it’s too late to do so tonight?
Hi, Georgianna, thank you for your question! There are no physical tickets; once you’ve bought yours, simply bring a form of ID with you so we can confirm you and check you in. You can still send in your permission slip, just be sure to email it to [email protected] ASAP. We hope you have a great day, and we will see you at Prom! ๐
Hello, I do not currently have a form of identification because I do not drive yet. Is there anything else I could bring to prove it’s me? And my date bought his ticket online under his name. Would this be a problem????
