Eric_SteelePrimavera would like to congratulate Mr. Steele, this week’s Teacher Spotlight.  Mr. Steele works hard dedicating his time teaching High School and Middle School American History and Social Studies courses.  While putting in his best effort, Mr. Steele has helped many of his students accomplish their goals while preparing them for success. One way he keeps students motivated is by reminding them how awesome it is to attend school from home.  “You can take breaks when you want, chew gum, listen to loud music, and talk to your friends while completing lessons”, proclaims Mr. Steele.

We asked Mr. Steele to tell us about a time he went above and beyond to help out a student.  He informed us about a particular time in the past he reached out to a single farther that was having issues with passing his class. Mr. Steele shared a life changing conversation with the student that motivated him beyond belief. Six weeks later the student called to thank him for being supportive and told Mr. Steele that his class was the last one he needed in order to graduate. Mr. Steele proudly said, “He earned an A that block.”
