Hey Panthers! We have some important AIMS information to share with you.
Senate Bill 1191 was signed into law this past Friday, immediately ending the AIMS high school graduation requirement. This action means that any students scheduled to take one or more sections of the AIMS test this week will no longer be required to do so.
Until last week, students had to pass the reading, writing and mathematics portion of the AIMS test in order to receive a high school diploma. The requirement was previously set to expire Dec 31, 2016.
Primavera will still hold its previously scheduled AIMS testing from today, February 23-25, for those students wishing to take AIMS for scholarship eligibility or other personal reasons.
If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at 480.456.6678.
There are no other testing requirements for students to graduate at this time.
