In this season of gratitude, we asked our students some of their favorite Thanksgiving moments, and got some great responses. Check out what a few of your fellow Panthers said.

Favorite Thanksgiving moment:

I love that every year, I have so many people that come around for Thanksgiving that you forget that they are even in your life normally but this is the one time when everyone is there and in one place together. Sometimes it is split up into a few different houses but that’s normal.

If you could help someone in need, what would you do?

If I could help someone in need, I would probably help the children who don’t have the chance at life like I do. I would like to give every kid the chance to have a dance, the chance to smile, and to let go in a night of fun even if only for a few minutes. That is where the memories are. When you do something worth your moments and your time, not worth any specific amount of money. I would also give every single child I met a hug, because hugs never get old, and most people like at least one.

Favorite Thanksgiving moment:

My favorite Thanksgiving Day moment is spending time with my family and enjoying Thanksgiving Day with them.

If you could help someone in need, what would you do?

I would help a homeless person. I would help them out by giving them a Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving Day.
