//Guidance: Health Resources
High school can be a difficult time for many students to get through. You may have to deal with parents, teachers, dating, body image, peer pressure, finding a part time job, getting into the right college, not to mention helping your friends with their problems! No one has all the right answers, but Primavera has found some websites that contain information from experts in the field and teens that may have been through similar experiences.
If this is an emergency please call 911.
If you are a Primavera student or parent and wish to speak to a counselor, contact the Guidance Department at 480-456-6678. Note: Getting information from a website is NOT a substitute for seeking professional medical treatment and/or counseling. Primavera has listed the following websites for informational purposes only.

Mental Health Resources
Being a teenager is very difficult. You are under stress to be liked, do well in school, get along with your family and make big decisions. You cannot avoid most of these pressures, and worrying about them is normal. But feeling very sad, hopeless or worthless could be warning signs of a mental health problem. Mental health problems can be treated. To find help, talk to your parents, school counselor or health care provider.
